To ensure legal and regulatory compliance and to facilitate approvals required from authorities such as:

  • Electricity boards / DISCOMs (e.g., BESCOM, MSEDCL)
  • Electrical Inspectorate / Chief Electrical Inspector (CEIG)
  • Pollution Control Board (for gensets)
  • Municipal Corporation
  • Fire department (for electrical clearances)
  • State Electrical Licensing Board
Responsibility Description
📝 Application Preparation Fill out forms, prepare technical drawings, load sanction letters, and compliance reports.
📞 Coordination Act as the point of contact between clients and officials.
🏛 Authority Visits Submit and follow up on documents at DISCOMs, CEIG offices, or other statutory agencies.
✅ Approval & Compliance Ensure the project meets local code (e.g., IE Rules, IS Standards, NEC) for load sanction, HT connection, transformer installation, etc.
🔌 Power Sanctioning Handle the end-to-end process for load approval (LT/HT), temporary/permanent power connections.
🔍 Site Inspection Coordination Facilitate inspection visits by electrical inspectors, and ensure site readiness.
📚 Documentation Management Maintain up-to-date project files, licenses, sanction letters, NOCs, and approvals.
