Annual Maintenance Contract
An Electrical Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is a service agreement between a client and an electrical contractor or service provider to ensure the ongoing maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of electrical systems over a fixed period—usually one year.
Scope of Work
Preventive Maintenance
- Regular inspections (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually).
- Cleaning and tightening of connections.
